Former U.N. Ambassador and National Security Advisor John Bolton says the Biden administration is mistakenly viewing WNBA star Brittney Griner's 9.5-year Russia prison sentence as a bargaining chip. Bolton also stressed what he considers a mistake in trying to bargain with an authoritarian government.
