Tucker Carlson says he wouldn't vote for Michigan GOP Senate nominee Mike Rogers 'at gun point'

Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson says he wouldn't vote for Michigan GOP Senate nominee Mike Rogers "un point," again appearing to show his opposition to U.S. support for Israel's government.

Carlson, a former Fox News Channel opinion show host, made the comment on his podcast released Wednesday on which he also said Rogers, a former chairman of the House Intelligence committee, is "basically a tool of Israel and the intel agencies," in addition to saying he "wouldn't vote for Mike Rogers at gun point." 

Rogers is in a tight race for the open Senate seat with Democratic nominee Abdul El-Sayed, a progressive who has recently apologized for comments that offended Jewish people, particularly Jewish Democrats in the state. 

Carlson also said that "there is no one that should be further from a position of power than Mike Rogers," according to the Detroit News.
