Missouri AG Andrew Bailey touts $24 billion legal victory against China over COVID cover-up

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says his historic legal victory against China for the harm it caused during the COVID pandemic is a huge win for Missoulians. Bailey says under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, Missouri will seize Chinese-owned farmland and other assets as a way to “make good” on the $24 billion judgement.
