San Diego Fire-Rescue saved at least 5 people trapped in flooding San Diego River

The San Diego Fire-Rescue (SDFR) saved five people as water from the San Diego River flooded roadways in the region on Monday, January 16. SDFR said they were searching for two other missing people on Monday. The National Weather Service warned residents to stay away from the area and never to cross a flooded roadway.
