Why are Democrats avoiding Biden on campaign trail?

Democrats, especially in Wisconsin, seem to be avoiding Biden on the campaign trail. Sen. Ron Johnson says nobody wants to be associated with the reality of Biden’s “fundamental transformation of America,” but warns his opponent, Mandela Barnes, is hiding his own radical agenda.
