Israel allows humanitarian aid deliveries to resume into Gaza
Netanyahu's office says that Israel will "act to deny Hamas the ability to seize control of the distribution of humanitarian aid in order to ensure that the aid does not reach Hamas terrorists."
Israel is allowing humanitarian aid deliveries to resume in Gaza, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said in a statement on Sunday.
The deliveries will include a "basic quantity of food for the population in order to prevent the development of a hunger crisis in the Gaza Strip."
His office also said that Israel will "act to deny Hamas the ability to seize control of the distribution of humanitarian aid in order to ensure that the aid does not reach Hamas terrorists."
