Netanyahu praises Trump for saying he will designate Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organization

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised President Trump for saying that he will designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization.
Trump announced his plan Sunday morning to Just the News.
"It will be done in the strongest and most powerful terms," he said. "Final documents are being drawn."
Netanyahu posted on X after Trump's announcement: "I ... want to commend President @realDonaldTrump on his decision to outlaw and designate the 'Muslim Brotherhood' organization as a terrorist organization. This is an organization that endangers stability throughout the Middle East and beyond the Middle East.
"Therefore, the State of Israel has already outlawed part of the organization, and we are working to complete this action soon."
The group is a transnational Sunni Islamist organization co-founded in Egypt in 1929 by Islamic scholar Imam. It was founded with a belief in the utility of political violence but said roughly 50 years ago such beliefs had been abandoned.
However, Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel told the Jewish News Syndicate on Monday that Trump's move is "vital," considering "the Brotherhood is not just a political group, but a transnational ideological network that radicalizes youth, spreads extremist doctrine through mosques and media, particularly Al Jazeera, and undermines democratic values."
"Thank you, President Trump," she also said.
In addition, Haskel argued that several other nation-states such as the UAE and Jordan "have already recognized the threat" and have banned the group.
“It’s time for many other nations to follow because if we don’t stop this ideology now, it will only grow stronger and more dangerous in the years ahead,” Haskel added.
