President Donald Trump speaks Wednesday afternoon at a Defense and Innovation Summit at the Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The president is expected to tout investments in battlefield technology to an audience consisting of key leaders in defense and some of the largest global investors at the summit.
