Jason Foster says FBI, IRS whistleblowers are ‘still in limbo’ while suspended without pay

Empower Oversight Founder and Chair Jason Foster says FBI and IRS whistleblowers represented by his organization are still suspended without pay and forbidden from taking outside work or charity. Foster says the Inspector General has been investigating the situation since Empower Oversight submitted a complaint last year. “That investigation should be coming to a close by now, in the very near future, and hopefully we’ll have some news for you on that very soon," he says.
