Rep. Ted Budd: 'Really insulting' that Democrats think retail investors are 'dumb money'

Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) says that what was seen with users on Reddit and Robinhood regarding the GameStop stock "is that retail investors are really smart and they're a force to be reckoned with. And it's not just Wall Street that's in control, it's also the retail investors."
