Newt Gingrich: Rep. McCarthy will be next Speaker if Democrats can't rig the election

Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House (R-GA), says that if Democrats are unable to get rid of the Senate filibuster, then H.R. 1 won't be passed, and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) will likely be the next Speaker of the House.
